Your satisfaction is our priority. Every Nature’s Youth® purchase is backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our customer support team within 30 days, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund.

Damaged or defective orders

If your order was damaged or defective, we will refund or replace it within 2 business days. Please email orders@nutrafirst.com and include a picture if possible.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have begun the refund process, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@nutrafirst.com.
